1. Scope

These terms apply only to this website and its public support pages. Separate Game Terms, app-store rules and in-game notices apply to our games.

2. Using our content

Unless we say otherwise, the website, brand, game names, artwork, text and software are owned by or licensed to HOT SIBERIANS LTD. You may view the site and share links to its public pages. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute protected content without written permission. Normal indexing by search engines and AI search services in accordance with our robots instructions is permitted.

3. Support requests

Please provide accurate information and do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, government IDs or other unnecessary sensitive material. We may reject abusive, fraudulent or unrelated requests. Information supplied through support is handled under our Privacy Policy.

4. Automated access

Automated services may access public pages for indexing, citation and retrieval when they respect our technical instructions, rate limits, security controls and applicable law. Automated access must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or misuse personal data.
