Privacy
policy.
How Hot Siberians handles information from this website, player-support requests and our mobile games.
1. Controller and contact
HOT SIBERIANS LTD, registration number HE 422690, is the controller for the processing described here. Registered address: PROTEAS HOUSE, Floor 5, 155 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, Limassol 3026, Cyprus. Privacy and support contact: support@hotsiberians.com.
2. Where this policy applies
This policy covers this website, support tickets submitted through it, and Rewild Tycoon, Zombie Hospital and Army Tycoon where the game or store listing links to this page. A store privacy label or an in-game consent notice may provide additional title-, platform- or region-specific detail. Those disclosures should be read together with this policy.
3. Information we process
Support and privacy requests. We receive the email address, selected game, category, platform and message that you submit. Player ID, device or operating-system details, game version and screenshots are optional. A ticket number, submission time, status and retention date are generated to manage the request. Do not include passwords, complete payment-card information or government identification unless we specifically request a limited item for verification.
Website delivery and security. Our hosting and security service may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamp and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not put the contents of a support request into analytics or ordinary application logs.
Mobile games. Depending on the game build, platform, region and choices you make, a game and its service providers may process coarse location derived from IP address, user or device identifiers, product interactions and other app activity, advertising interactions, purchase events, crash data and performance diagnostics. Some of these categories may be used for tracking or linked to a user or device as shown in the relevant app-store disclosure.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- provide the game, create and answer support tickets, restore progress and investigate purchases or bugs — performance of a contract or steps you request;
- operate, secure, measure and improve the website and games, prevent fraud and maintain service records — our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights;
- process purchases, accounting records, legal requests and compliance matters — contract or legal obligation;
- serve, personalise or measure advertising and attribution — consent where required, or another lawful basis where local law permits it.
You may decline optional support fields, although missing device, version or player information can make investigation slower. We do not use support-message contents for direct marketing without a separate lawful basis.
5. Providers and recipients
Information may be received by personnel who handle player support and by providers needed for app distribution, hosting, email, support storage, purchases, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, fraud prevention, advertising and mediation. Apple and Google process store and purchase data under their own notices.
The current Rewild Tycoon project includes AppsFlyer attribution, Firebase services and AppLovin MAX mediation. Depending on the live configuration, MAX adapters can involve Pangle/ByteDance, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Mintegral, Unity Ads and Vungle/Liftoff. A component being present in a project does not mean it receives data in every build, region or session. The active game build, consent choices and store disclosure determine actual processing.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards where appropriate. You may ask us for information about the applicable safeguard.
7. Retention
Website support tickets are assigned a retention date 24 months after submission and are deleted from the ticket store after that period during routine ticket processing, unless a legal obligation, fraud-prevention need or unresolved dispute requires a longer period. Email correspondence and provider-held game data may have different periods based on purpose, account settings and legal requirements. We keep data only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Start at Data requests or email support@hotsiberians.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension or refusal.
You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Children
Our games are not intended for children below the minimum age shown in the relevant store or in-game notice. Where a game is made available to younger users, age-appropriate choices and applicable parental-consent rules must be followed. If you believe a child has provided personal data inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10. Cookies and automated decisions
This website is designed to work without optional analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used; see the Cookie Policy. Support tickets are not subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted ticket access, transport encryption and data minimisation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our games, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and date will remain available at this URL.
