Request channel
What to include
- the game concerned;
- your platform and player ID, if available;
- the email address used in earlier correspondence;
- the right you want to exercise.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or government identification in the first message. We may ask for limited additional information only when necessary to verify that the request relates to you.
How we respond
We normally respond within one month. If a request is complex or numerous, applicable law may allow an extension; we will tell you within the first month. Some information may need to be retained where law, fraud prevention, security or an unresolved dispute requires it.
