1. Agreement and stores

These terms apply to Rewild Tycoon, Zombie Hospital and Army Tycoon when the game or store listing links to them. By downloading or using a game, you agree to these terms and to the applicable rules of Apple App Store, Google Play or another distribution platform. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. Limited licence

HOT SIBERIANS LTD grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the game for non-commercial entertainment on supported devices. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit or redistribute the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Accounts, progress and devices

Some features may use a player identifier, local save data or a platform account. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account. Game progress may be affected by reinstalling, changing devices, clearing data, platform outages or unsupported modifications. Open a support ticket promptly if you believe progress or purchases are missing.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Virtual currency, boosts and other virtual items are licensed digital features, not money or property, and cannot be transferred outside the game unless we expressly provide a feature that permits it. Refund and withdrawal rights are handled under mandatory law and the applicable store's rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate gameplay in a way that harms the service, exploit bugs, manipulate purchases or advertising, disrupt other players or systems, or use the game for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary and proportionate to protect players, the game or our legal rights.

6. Advertising and third parties

A game may include advertising, analytics, app-store services or links supplied by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy, the relevant store disclosure and any in-game notice or consent interface.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, balance, add to or discontinue a game or feature. We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or preservation of every online feature indefinitely. Material changes remain subject to mandatory consumer law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
